GDPR and account deletion
Every European resident has, by law, the right to ask a company what it knows about them, ask the company to correct it, and ask the company to delete it. Looks Back will honour these requests within thirty days.
The simplest version
To delete your account and everything in it, send an e-mail from your account address to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm receipt the same working day and delete within seven days.
What "delete" actually means
We delete all uploads, all outputs, and all account metadata. We keep, in a separate ledger required by tax law, the fact that an invoice was issued: invoice number, amount, date, country. That ledger does not contain your photographs and is purged after seven years.
